CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

When you place an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.

Buyers are subject to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and relevant regulations.

Shipping fees shall be paid by the Buyer.

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If not delivered, the contract may be terminated.

The product shall be delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and with the warranty certificate and user manual if applicable.

If the product cannot be supplied, notification must be made within 3 days and payment must be refunded within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer fails to make the payment or if the payment is canceled, the Seller is not obliged to deliver the product.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE

If unauthorized card use is detected after delivery of the product and the payment is not made, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs belonging to the Buyer.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

If a force majeure situation occurs, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with an equivalent product, or choose to wait.

If payment was made in cash, a refund shall be made within 14 days; if made by credit card, the refund is made to the bank, which may transfer it to the account within 2–3 weeks.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery, and if it is damaged, must request a report from the shipping company. If received without report, the product is deemed to have been delivered without damage.

If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without providing any justification. Notification must be made using the contact information below:

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For service purchases, the withdrawal period begins at the signing of the contract. If performance of the service has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

All costs belong to the Buyer.

The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 14 days and the product must not have been used.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the withdrawal to be valid:

The invoice (if issued to a company, a return invoice must also be issued),

The product, its packaging, accessories and the return form must be returned in full.

RETURN CONDITIONS

After the withdrawal notice is received, payments and documents are refunded within 10 days and the product is collected within 20 days.

Damages caused by user error must be compensated. The Buyer is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from proper use.

If the return causes the total purchase amount to fall below the promotional limit, the discount is canceled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially prepared for personal needs, products that are unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons, products whose packaging has been opened, electronic services, or digital content.

Cosmetics with opened packaging and software/CD/DVD products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

DEFAULT

If the Buyer defaults in credit card payments, the bank may request interest and fees. The Buyer is responsible for all losses arising from the delay.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment may be made via bank transfer/EFT.

Online payment and installment options are available. The total amount will be charged to the credit card at the end of the order.
